Head of Growth Marketing

At Tecton, we are building an enterprise Feature Store that is transforming the way companies solve real-world problems with machine learning at scale. Our founding team created Uber's Michelangelo ML Platform, which has become the blueprint for modern ML platforms in large organizations. We recently received Series B funding from Sequoia Capital and Andreessen Horowitz, have paying enterprise customers, and have growing teams in SF and NYC. The team has years of experience building and operating business-critical machine learning systems at scale at places like Uber, Google, Facebook, Airbnb, Twitter, and Quora.

As our first Growth Marketing lead, you will be responsible for the overall strategy, development, and execution of all efforts to drive new customer acquisition and growth. You will drive demand generation campaigns and programs, assess channel and campaign performance, and design marketing tests. As a key member of our marketing team, you must be a player-coach who can drive the growth function, but also revel in the opportunity to roll up your sleeves and manage growth programs directly.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to set the overall growth marketing strategy
  • Design, implement, and manage demand generation programs to engage and acquire target audiences including data scientists, data engineers, and ML engineers
  • Own our targeted outbound account-based marketing strategy and execution
  • Collaborate with our SDR team to optimize the inbound and outbound lead development process
  • Manage our paid advertising, paid search, and SEO programs
  • Research and deploy in-product strategies for growth and retention
  • Provide visibility on our lead flow through lead scoring and regular analytics dashboards
  • Track the impact of campaigns along the entire funnel
  • Prioritize marketing activities and spend to maximize growth
  • Own the marketing automation tech stack

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5-7 years experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, demand gen, and/or marketing operations
  • Experience in B2B, enterprise software and SaaS/cloud marketing
  • Proven track record of driving growth using lead generation campaigns, account-based marketing (ABM), paid advertising, and SEO
  • Comfortable marketing a data infrastructure product to a highly technical audience
  • Expertise in managing a marketing automation stack, including Hubspot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics
  • Strong communication skills (interpersonal, written and verbal)
  • Familiarity with AI/ML and MLOps a plus
  • Management experience a plus
