In this session, we will talk about Intuit’s real-time personalization ML pipeline. We will use a self-help use case to show how Intuit provides proactive self-help to millions of users by personalizing content based on user behavior to increase user engagement and reduce the need for customer care contact. We will walk through the end-to-end pipeline which processes streaming events to create features, serve personalized experience using the machine learning model and monitor predictions to determine model efficacy.
