If something can be accomplished today, we don’t wait until tomorrow.
We also recognize the importance of maintaining focus in the longer term. We organize ourselves to enable fast iteration, but we also prioritize strategic thinking and deliberate decision-making. By finding the balance between speed and focus, we can move rapidly while ensuring our actions align with our long-term objectives.

You may be surprised to find only 3 cultural values when so many other companies have 10 or more. The reason for this is focus. We want to ensure that it’s crystal clear to everybody what matters here at Tecton, without diluting the message. And what matters here is customers, ownership, and fast execution.
